Senior QA Engineer (Manual)

Role Overview

• Infilon Technologies is a prominent software development company located in Ahmedabad, hiring a QA Engineer (Manual) for one of its clients, TenForce.
• TenForce is an expert in EHSQ and Operational Risk Management software, based in Belgium and part of Elisa IndustrIQ, helping global enterprises achieve intelligent manufacturing.
• Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Work from Office)
• Experience: 6+ Years
• Able to join within 15 days (Immediate joiners preferred)

• Develop a deep understanding of the product's business flows and how customers use it in real-world operations.
• Review requirements and user stories early, question gaps and ambiguities, and suggest improvements before development begins.
• Design and own test strategies, test plans, and test scenarios that reflect real business processes, not just individual features.
• Perform web & mobile testing across functional, regression, integration, usability, and compatibility scenarios.
• Conduct risk-based and exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and business-critical issues.
• Validate end-to-end business workflows across modules to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Identify, log, and track defects with clear business impact analysis, and drive them to resolution.
• Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and developers in requirement discussions, sprint planning, and release validation.
• Take ownership of testing activities and quality sign-off for releases.
• Proactively suggest improvements to QA processes and best practices.

• Bachelor's/Master's degree with 6+ years of experience in software testing.
• Strong experience in manual testing, exploratory testing, and test design techniques.
• Proven ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into effective test coverage.
• Experience working on enterprise or B2B products (EHSQ, risk management, or compliance domain is a plus).
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and QA best practices.
• Excellent communication skills to work with international stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
